Sandy Kenyon

August 05, 1922 - February 20, 2010
Born 87 years ago in New York, Sandy Kenyon passed away peacefully at his
home on February 20, 2010. After serving as a pilot in the Army Air Corp in
WWII, Sandy moved back to New York to pursue his career in acting, finally
moving to Los Angeles in the 1950's.


Sandy will always be remembered for his passion as an actor and director. He
will live on forever in the memories of his family and friends, his theater
company and the hundreds of movies, television programs and stage plays he
was a part of.


Sandy was predeceased by his beloved wife, Charlotte Blaugrund Kenyon. He is
survived by his step-daughter, Janie Short and her children, Ben & Lindsey
of Fort Smith, AR., and his step-son Stewart Given and his wife, Susan
Levitt Given of Santa Monica. Memorial services will be a family gathering
at sea.


HK actress Tina Ti dies at 65

HONG KONG - RETIRED Hong Kong actress Tina Ti, a sex symbol in the 1960s and 1970s, has died. She was 65.

Family friend Chan Wing-hong told reporters Thursday that Ti passed away a day earlier. News reports said she was 65. Hong Kong's Apple Daily newspaper reported the late star was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2005.

Ti, whose credits include 'A Big Mess,' 'One Day at a Time' and 'Dark Rendezvous,' caused a sensation in Hong Kong by appearing nude in the 1972 Li Han-hsiang movie, 'The Warlord.'

She is survived by a son, Michael Ma. -- AP

John Forsythe -- one of the most famous TV actors ever -- died yesterday.

Forsythe was best known for his roles on "Charlie's Angels," "Dynasty" and "Bachelor Father."

Forsythe died of pneumonia and cancer. He was 92.

Chris Klucsaritis, who is better known by his wrestling name Chris Kanyon, has died of an overdose of pills. He was 40. The death is believed to be a suicide. Klucsaritis was very open about suffering from bipolar disorder, and had talked about and threatened suicide many times in the past.

Orioles great Mike Cuellar dead at 72

Mike Cuellar, one of the greatest players in Baltimore Orioles history, passed away Friday afternoon at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He was 72.

Cuellar suffered a steady decline of health since mid-January: A brain aneurism, followed by the removal of his gall bladder, which preceded the death blow _ cancer in the stomach.

A left-handed master of the screwball, Cuellar emerged as one of the best pitchers in baseball in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, He won 20 or more games four times between 1969 and 1974. Cuellar aka “Crazy Horse” captured the Cy Young award in 1969, and was selected to the All-Star Game four times in his career.

He was part of a fabled Orioles staff that featured four 20-game winners in 1971 _ Cuellar, Dave McNally, Jim Palmer and Pat Dobson.
